Guest access Our guests of Casa Gianfranco can occupy the entire apartment and the associated terrace and enjoy the view from there. A parking space inside the private property is also provided. Other things to note Facilities include terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers, sun protection and bed linen, towels, tea towels & tablecloths are included in the rental price. We change them every 8 days. Cleaning is included for stays of one week or more (6 nights). You can also order our cleaning staff in between for a fee (€12/hour). Laundry can be washed for €6.50 per wash. We charge for firewood, heating and air conditioning according to consumption. WiFi is freely available. Security deposit of €200 must be deposited on site upon arrival. On the day of departure, this will be refunded after the condition of the apartment has been checked. In case of damage, the amount will be deduced from the deposit. A tourist tax has also been introduced in Castellabate since June 1, 2018.
