House Herzogstand - Apartment Sonnenspitz

We offer three stylish apartments between 40 and 43 m² in a quiet, central location near Lake Kochel, the Franz Marc Museum, and the charming town center of Kochel. Our historic house provides the perfect blend of tranquility, coziness, and contemporary comfort. Ideal for couples and solo travelers seeking a getaway in the magnificent nature of the Bavarian Alps. The space Indulge in pure comfort and coziness at our 43m² holiday apartment "Sonnenspitz" on the first floor, seamlessly blending nostalgic charm with modern convenience. Adorned with a Swedish stove and stylish accents, this lovingly furnished space ensures a rejuvenating stay. Step onto the covered south-facing balcony to behold a breathtaking panorama of the Rabenkopf, Sonnenspitz, and Jochberg mountain peaks. Inside, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, a small living room with TV and sofa bed, and a cozy wood-paneled living area featuring a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, and toaster, while a charming bathroom with shower completes the offering. Outside, the mature garden and inviting terraces provide perfect spots for relaxation. Each apartment includes its own on-site parking space, with bicycle storage available either at the house or in the basement. Please note that our apartment is smoke-free and does not accommodate pets. Guest access The "Sonnenspitz" apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via stairs. Guests have full access to the entire apartment as well as to the common areas of the property, including the garden and terraces. Your own parking space is available for each apartment. Bicycles can be parked either at the house or in the basement. Other things to note There is an additional tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per day, which is collected from guests when booking the accommodation. In return, they will receive a guest card that allows free bus travel and some discounts on entrance fees. Payment information will be provided to the guest after booking, as these costs are not included in the Airbnb price. To issue the guest card, we need personal data such as date of birth, nationality, private address and full name from all guests staying in the apartment. For guests who do not have German citizenship, we also need the passport number. We will gladly provide wood and lighters for the fireplace. We appreciate a donation for the wood and propose an amount of 50 cents per piece of wood.
