The space In our large and bright 55 sqm apartment, recently renovated, you will find a spacious living area with entrance, kitchen and living room, a double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed for two, a dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchen complete with: - dishwasher - classic oven - microwave oven - induction cooktop - fridge with freezer - NESPRESSO coffee machine - kitchen equipment useful for preparing any dish. The sleeping area includes a double bed, large wardrobe and relaxation area with an armchair dedicated to reading lovers. In the bathroom you will find a bathroom area with a comfortable walk-in shower, washing machine and sink area, all complete with: - Bathroom towels - shower set - toothpaste - hairdryer. The apartment is ideal for your vacations or for business stays. Upon request, we can provide you with the necessary accessories to stay in peace with your baby (high chair, travel crib, sheets, games...) Guest access The apartment located on the third floor is easily accessible by elevator with barrier-free paths. Other things to note For check-in, we need the ID of all guests for the mandatory registration of your stay. If you are 2 people and want to use the sofa bed, you need the relevant linen, so please notify us in advance at least 24 hours before check-in time. We also have everything you need to make your little child stay comfortably (high chair, travel crib with mattress, sheets, games.........); we ask to be notified in time so as to carefully prepare everything, in anticipation of your arrival!
