This is totally beyond our control and in no way constitutes a lack of hygiene or cleanliness. Similarly, the pool may occasionally contain leaves, dust, or pollen related to the wind and the natural environment. Its appearance may vary depending on weather conditions while remaining maintained and passable. In addition, our residence being located in the countryside, the mobile network, Wi-Fi, internet connection as well as the satellite reception of the TV can sometimes be unstable or variable depending on weather and technical conditions. These items are unique to an accommodation located in the countryside and do not call into question the quality, comfort or maintenance of the residence. As a result, we decline and refuse any commercial compensation related to the items mentioned above.
