Beautiful, new apartment for max. 4 people, very centrally located in the heart of Waldkirch. The space The modern apartment, newly opened in May 2024, is 38 square meters, has two rooms and a bathroom with shower/toilet and is located on the ground floor of an apartment building with a separate entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction stove, coffee machine and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. There is also a bed with a 140 x 200 cm lying surface in this room. The adjoining living room (with dining table and TV) is equipped with a cozy couch that can be pulled out to an additional sleeping option if necessary (140 x 200 cm lying surface). The apartment has no balcony and no private parking space. However, the paid parking spaces available directly in front of the house are free of charge on weekdays from 6 pm to 8 am, on Saturdays from 12 pm and on Sundays and public holidays.
