The pool features a modern heat pump system for heating, available for use from March 1, 2025, to November 15, 2025 (outside this period, the heating system is not operational also in the june, july and august heating is not needed because of the sunny and hot weather). The Villa is equipped with a modern floor heating system, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout the space in pre and post season. Surrounded by lush greenery, it creates a private oasis where you can relax, swim, and soak up the sun. The outdoor area is perfect for morning yoga sessions, leisurely afternoon reading, or evening cocktails as the sun sets. Whether you're a beach lover, a nature enthusiast, or simply in need of a peaceful retreat, our villa is the perfect spot for a rejuvenating vacation. All our guests at Villa Bella Nicole have free access with guest cards to Camp Mon Perin (free of charge parking 50 meters from the beach and free enter to the beach) with its gastronomic offer, beautiful beaches in the sun and tree shades, massages, plus a variety of activities for children and adults. Also immerse yourself in the excitement and enjoy the fun at the Paleo Water Park which is a part of Mon Perin luxury camp. Enjoy the slide, relax in the crystal clear pools and admire the dinosaur replicas. It is a unique experience filled with fun and wonder for all ages. The park welcomes you from May 18, 2024 to September 21, 2024. Additionally, we can provide a crib for a baby upon request. We want all our guests to have a clear understanding of the sleeping arrangements in your villa.
