Homely. Cosy – That’s what a day at Oakwood Manor looks like. Located in the beautiful uphills of Shimla, Oakwood Manor offers breathtaking views along with a treasure trove of experiences. To begin with, one can begin their mornings with a refreshing cup of tea on the lawn. As you watch the sunrise enveloping the villa, you can enjoy a calming walk. Located close to the Shimla mall road, the villa is perfect for exploring the town and enjoying a walk and collecting souvenirs from the town. As the day descends, you can enjoy a lavish spread of barbeque by the bonfire under the stars. To make your evenings more special, enjoy a beautiful dinner with the alfresco dining setup that can be arranged at your request. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 Located on the ground floor of the villa, this cosy bedroom embodies the rich hues and tranquillity of Shimla. It is equipped with a TV, fan, Wi-Fi and a spacious wardrobe. This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM The living room is a playful sanctuary for enjoying the best view and time with your loved ones. The living room can easily seat up to 7 people with its sofa style seating and is equipped with amenities such as a fan, TV & fireplace. DINING AREA The dining area is part of the living room and is perfect to enjoy curated culinary delights. The dining area can accommodate 8 people. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. LAWN There is a beautiful lawn that comes with a seating arrangement for 20-15 people. Guest access There are a total of 6 bedrooms out of which guests will have access to only 2 bedrooms and the common areas. The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note - Breakfast is complimentary. - A cook can be arranged at Rs. 3500/day for up to 8 guests, Rs. 4000 for 10 guests, Rs. 5000 for 12 guests, and Rs. 6000 for 15 guests. - Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire can be set up at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per session. - Alfresco dining set up can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per session. - Amenities such as indoor games, torches, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge. *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
