The use of kitchen items for cooking pork is strictly prohibited. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated. HOUSE RULES We hope all of our guests will treat our property like your own house. • No shoes allowed in the house. • No smoking allowed in the house. Security deposit will not be refunded if guests are found smoking in the house. • No pets allowed in the house. • No pork, lard and alcohol. • No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. • Avoid staining the bedsheets. • No durians, jackfruits and mangosteens allowed in the house. • No loud noises after 10pm. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. • No parties, events, illegal or inappropriate activities in the house. • If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, guests will be asked to vacate the house immediately. • Please switch off all of the electrical appliances including lights, fans and airconds when not in use or when you leave the house. • Please wash and clean the kitchen area after you use the kitchen utensils. • Dispose garbages and trashes into dustbin outside the house. • RM250 will be charged for the loss/damage of house key. • Damages or loses of any equipment, electrical appliances and furniture found during your stay, additional charges will be applied based on the current rate. • Check-in time from 3pm and check-out time is until at 12pm. RM30/hour will be charged for early check-in and for late check-out. RM50 for first hour late check out will be charged and RM30/hour for the next hour. For late check-out more than 6 hours, guests need to pay for one night rate. Please inform the host to confirm for early check-in/late check-out to avoid any disturbance for the next check-in time for the next guests.
