A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges. Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform us. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns ASAP. Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out.
