We look forward to welcoming you for a dreamy stay! The space A master double bedroom and a standard double bedroom offer stunning sea views, with a blue majolica terrace of over 40 square meters. The entrance with staircase leads to the living room, furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 65-inch TV and a dining table. The apartment is completed by a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. An oasis of comfort and serenity for an unforgettable vacation! Guest access The entire apartment will be at your complete disposal. The area is very private and quiet. We ask our guests to respect this rule and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, as the house is adjacent to other apartments. Please avoid parties and keep music at a moderate volume. Your peace of mind and that of our neighbors matter to us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter! Other things to note AIR CONDITIONING: The apartment has air conditioning in every room, each manageable and adjustable according to your preferences. Please adjust the temperature according to your needs, but remember to close the windows to keep the desired temperature constant. We are sure you will appreciate the comfort and freedom to manage the environment according to your tastes! KITCHEN: Have fun in the kitchen exploring local recipes or creating your favorite dishes, but kindly keep the kitchen tidy and clean. Try to leave the kitchen as you found it at check-in. Thank you for your cooperation! WASHING MACHINE: There is a washing machine available for guests with soap and fabric softener. Read the user manual and the available cycles carefully. For delicate items or special washes, you can book a local external laundry service for a fee. GUEST REGISTRATION: Have all guests' documents ready at check-in to simplify the registration process. You can send them by email or text, have a photocopy with you or show them at check-in. In Italy, Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S. provides for the obligation to provide accommodation only to persons with an identity card or other valid document. All members of any groups or families must therefore be identified. TOURIST TAX: For overnight stays in the period from 04/01/2025 to 10/31/2025 in accommodation facilities classified as vacation homes, the tourist tax rate of €2.50 per person per day will apply. Only minors under the age of 10 are exempt from paying the accommodation tax. This exemption must be duly documented to the managers of the accommodation facilities.
