The space Welcome to the ZEHUUS garden studio! Welcome to our lovingly restored historic house from 1882, where history meets modern comfort. The ZEHUUS Garden Studio is a charming 65 square meter studio that ensures an unforgettable stay in Cologne. In the front part of the apartment, there is a cozy kitchen area with a modern kitchen block, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and an oven. The kitchen area invites you to cook socially and has a comfortable dining area with a solid wood bench and two chairs. A cozy rocking chair and a bench with a chess game invite you to play and relax. In the back of the apartment you will find a separate shower and bathroom. A small but cozy living room with a sofa bed and a large TV offers a retreat for relaxing hours. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.20 m), which ensures restful nights with a high-quality biolatex mattress. These rooms face the quiet garden, which is protected by an old brick wall and conveys a feeling of security and comfort. Inside the studio, the historical features have been lovingly exposed. The original layout is recognizable, such as the access to the bedroom, which was once the courtyard passage. The old bricks were exposed to make the historical structure tangible. However, the entire studio has been completely renovated and furnished with high-quality materials, with a special emphasis on sustainability. A wall heater ensures a consistently pleasant indoor climate. The solid walls provide natural cooling in summer, while providing a cozy feeling of security in winter. Wi-Fi with speeds of 50-300 Mbit/s is available throughout the apartment so you can stay connected at all times. The apartment is fully renovated and equipped with high-quality wall heating, designer furniture and works of art. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. A pharmacy is located diagonally opposite, and in the immediate vicinity you will find a kiosk, a bakery, a small but fine pizzeria and a REWE supermarket to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
