The surrounding area is a residential area, so please be quiet after 10PM. NO SMOKING, NO SHOES indoors Any forgotten item will be stored at the facility for 14 days, after that they will be disposed. For hygiene reasons, any food or drinks will be disposed during cleaning. Please note that additional charges will be incurred in the following cases. ① Shipping of forgotten items: An additional fee of 2,000 yen will be charged. Domestic = Service Fee 2,000 yen＋Cash on delivery. International = Service Fee 2,000 yen＋International Shipping Fee (Batteries, Wireless Earphone cannot be sent via oversea) ② Disposal of bulky garbage such as Suitcases, Baby Stroller= ¥2,000~ ③ If you request for late check-out or extending the stay on the check-out date, an additional cleaning fee will be charged as the cleaner is already dispatched as per schedule. If there are any changes to your reservation, such as extending your stay, please be sure to let us know by 5PM the day before your check-out date. ④ Fireworks and Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. DO NOT smoke indoors or on the streets around the facility. If you violate this rule, you will be subject to a fine according to the law. DO NOT bring cigarette butts into the building. If our staff finds cigarette butts in the trash can or detects the smell of smoke, we will charge you a deodorization fee of 50,000 yen or more depending on the situation. ⑤ If any damage or stain is found within the facility, a repair fee will be charged.
