We only have 161 units, over 320 feet of fine sandy beach frontage and we are not located next to other high-rise condos. Being on the West side of PCB means our beach frontage is less crowded and traffic is not as congested as other parts of the city. Master bedroom is freshly painted and equipped with a king size bed, Pottery Barn Bedding, , luxury thread count sheets, comfortable mattress , 43" flat screen TV, private bathroom with double sink, shower and tub, and access to the balcony where you have a BEAUTIFUL full view of the Gulf. Have a little one and need a play pen? You can find that in the closet! The second bedroom has been freshly painted and upgraded with new bedding for the king size bed, luxury thread count sheets, and a very comfortable mattress. Has a full size dresser, flat screen TV with YouTube TV and has access to the guest bathroom. We provide all your linens, dishes and cookware, and liquid hand soap at each bathroom sink and Dawn dish soap at the kitchen sink. Eight bath towels, 8 wash cloths, and an individually wrapped Scotch Brite sponge are also provided. Full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.
