"La parenthèse" is located in the center of Hauterives, just a 3-minute walk from the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval. This vacation home has 3 comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. Whether for a vacation with family or friends, you will find in this house all the necessary comfort and can enjoy the calm of the garden for your meals or to take a nap in the hammock. The space Detailed description of the house: House on two levels of 117 m2 On the 1 st level you will find: - A living room offering a lounge area (TV, board games) as well as a dining area with a equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle)  - a bedroom with a 160 cm bed (bedroom 1) - A bathroom with bathtub and toilet (Bathroom 1) On the second level you will find: - A bedroom with a 140 cm bed (bedroom 2) - A bedroom with 3 beds of 90 cm as well as a TV, DVD player and DVD (this one does not receive channels), also available in this room are books and comics for children. (Bedroom 3) - A bathroom with shower, toilet as well as washing machine and dryer (Bathroom 2) The garden is equipped with a dining area with table and chairs, a hammock, armchairs, a plancha, a bicycle rack. Possibility to rent only the ground floor for 1 to 2 people, you will have access to bedroom 1, bathroom 1, kitchen, living room and garden.
