The apartment includes 3 parking spaces, 2 indoor and 1 outdoor, which is convenient given the parking challenge. An elevator provides direct access to the apartment. Upon entry, you will find a spacious hall with a large jacket and shoe closet. The apartment features 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 with two single beds. There are 3 bathrooms, with each double room having its ensuite bathroom, and the smaller room is next to a separate sink with a shower. Moving on, to the right of the hall is the beautifully decorated living room, designed to create a relaxed and natural ambiance that encourages unwinding. Adjacent is the dining room, accommodating 6 people comfortably with a relaxing and inviting decor, offering splendid views of Lake Maggiore from almost every angle. Further, the fully equipped kitchen provides ample space for cooking and is open, allowing interaction with family and friends while preparing meals. Lastly, the private terrace, a highlight of the house, spans 110m2 and boasts panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains, offering a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation and memorable evenings.
