Hop on the train from Redfern station for a quick ride into the CBD. Back home, a full kitchen, laundry and a parking spot caters to both long and short stays. The space Revealing a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, this stylish home is all about enjoying Sydney’s sunny lifestyle. Arriving through the front entry, a landscaped sitting area provides an idyllic spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind in the afternoons with a book. Stepping inside, the four-person dining table allows you to share a meal at home. You’ll also find the thriving food scenes of Alexandria and Newtown close by. Down the hallway will take you to the modern galley-style kitchen, fully equipped with sleek stainless-steel appliances. A couple of stairs down will take you to the living area. It has been eclectically styled and highlights a large leather lounge and smart TV (own subscription required for streaming apps). Glass doors at the back open to the courtyard and parking space. The primary bedroom is located upstairs and is set with a plush queen-sized bed, wardrobe and air-conditioning to keep things cool. The second bedroom is found downstairs, also with a queen-sized bed. You’ll refresh within a modern bathroom, enjoying the spacious walk-in shower and complimentary boutique toiletries for your stay, while a Euro-style laundry adds to your everyday convenience. A parking spot for one vehicle is available in the back private parking area/courtyard. Guest access During your stay, you will have the entire house to yourself inc. the front and back courtyard. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ~ Linen ~ Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee. There is one bath towel per guest for your entire stay and one bathroom set per bathroom which includes 2 face towels, 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat. Any spare linen we keep on site are not for use during your stay. If you do use any component of these linen or bath sets, we will need to charge for the use since we hire these items. The additional charge for open and used linens are: $7.20 for bath sets, $29.80 for bed sets, $10.30 for bath towels ~ Complimentary Toiletries ~ Please note the hotel type toiletry kit we supply is complimentary for you, and is designed to just start off your stay. This kit is not designed as a replacement for your own preferred toiletries for the duration of your stay, and cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one kit per bathroom (not one per guest staying) ~ Parking ~ This property comes with secure on-site parking for 1 vehicle only. The private enclosed parking spot is located at the back entry of the property. No height restrictions. There is also two hour restricted parking available in surrounding streets, but can sometimes be hard to find during the day. Opposite our place is unrestricted parking. There’s no problem finding a spot there in the evenings or on weekends. ~ Mid Stay Cleaning Services ~ We also offer 3hr mid-stay professional cleaning service with the following options: 1. Full Cleaning with Freshly Laundered Professional Linen + Toiletries Supply Kit top up per bathroom) $208 2. Full Cleaning Only (no linen delivery changeover or toiletry supplies top up) – $150 *Message us to book your mid stay cleaning service! ~ Long Stays ~ Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. ~ Air Conditioning ~ There is air conditioning in the master bedroom upstairs area only.
