The apartment, recently renovated, is tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts necessary to make your stay pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with plenty of storage, a small room that can accommodate two additional people, a shower room, an equipped kitchen and a dining area. The apartment offers accommodation for 4 people, and it is important to note that the sofa bed is included in these 2 beds. Beds will be made upon arrival and bath towels will be provided. The apartment is located on the top floor of a building without elevator access. You will have at your disposal a baby crib and a high chair if needed. The duplex has excellent accessibility, located 2 km from Evreux train station, on the Paris-Cherbourg line, and well served by public transport, including buses. You can park either in the paid spaces at the foot of the apartment, or in the free spaces just a 3-minute walk away.
