On the ground floor, a cozy living room, a welcoming dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a sunny terrace, where you can enjoy outdoor meals with garden furniture and barbecue available. On the first floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a modern bathroom, and separate toilets for added privacy. On the second floor, two other bright bedrooms with two single beds in each, another bathroom, and separate toilets. Located in close proximity to the beautiful Lake Saint-Gervais, our house offers easy access to a supervised beach (July and August) and a playground, as well as a water sports center offering paddle and pedal boat rentals (from June 15 to September 30). Nature lovers will be delighted with the numerous hiking opportunities nearby, including the famous hike near the Saut du Chien waterfall.
