Studio full of colors No.8

Here you will find a beautiful, colorful vacation apartment in the studio style. All rooms are lovingly, colorfully but harmoniously designed. It is my heart's project in which I wanted to try something different in terms of design and I think I succeeded. I am happy if you go on a journey of discovery and feel comfortable with me. The space From the hallway with fitness corner, yoga mat and punching bag you enter the living room with sleeping area, the straightforward kitchen and the brightly designed bathroom. The cozy living room has a sofa, cabinets with storage options, a TV, a sleeping area, as well as photo screens that can turn the room into a small photo studio if needed. The box spring bed with a width of 1.60 m offers plenty of space and comfort for a restful sleep. In the spacious kitchen in a stylish black and white look, you will find everything you need to conjure up wonderful dishes. All appliances, stove, oven, extractor hood, mixer for delicious smoothies, are new and high quality. A dishwasher, toaster, coffee pad machine and kettle are provided. The dining table is height adjustable and can be used as a standing table or workplace. In the bathroom you will find a large mirror with bright LED light, a shower for a short refreshment and for a little time out warm light from the crystal chandelier to relax in the bathtub. All rooms have enough daylight windows with totally blackout exterior blinds. The bathroom and living area have underfloor heating. You can relax on the lounge furniture in the lovingly designed small garden area or the terrace belonging to the apartment. The apartment is located in the municipality of Eching Niederbayern, directly on the nature reserve Vogelstätte Mittlere Isarauen. For cyclists, the Isar and Vilstal cycle path is very close. Hikers can discover the Landshut high-altitude hiking trail. Via level paths you can reach the swimming lake Aquapark with Sausalitos Beach and paddle station by bike, inline skates or car. But the Isar with its pebble beaches also invites you to sunbathe or take a walk. In the village there is an Edeka market, a gas station, VR bank, doctor and dentist and several farm/organic markets in the area. In just 5 minutes by car you can reach the medieval town of Landshut with Trausnitz Castle and the largest brick tower in the world of the Abbey Basilica of St. Martin. "Um Himmelswillen" or the Eberhofer thrillers have been filmed here and in the surrounding area. I also recommend a trip to the Bavarian Forest Nature Reserve, the three rivers city of Passau, Regensburg with a visit to the outstanding Walhalla, enjoy a beer in the monastery Weltenburg at the Danube Gorge in Kehlheim or visit the Hundertwasser Tower in Abendsberg. Guest access Your parking space is right in front of the apartment on the right in front of the house. Talk to me if you want to charge your e-car for an extra charge. The separate entrance is to the right of the house, the key is in the key box next to the door. Other things to note The property is located in 84174 Eching, Lower Bavaria You can reach Munich in about 40 minutes, the Allianz Arena in 30 minutes, Munich Airport or Erdinger Therme in 20 minutes, from Moosburg (10 minutes by car) you have an MVV (Munich Transport Association) connection. I recommend a car for arrival, as the connection by bus or Uber is not optimal. Please note the travel times for excursions towards the Alps (Chiemsee, Starnbergersee, Füssen).
