In a former church in the center of Biefang, a small district in Oberhausen's northwest, we, Conny and Dirk, built and lovingly furnished a 50 sqm apartment on the 1st floor in 2024. The apartment has a living room with open kitchen, a new bathroom and a bedroom with spacious wardrobes and 2 beds. For the third person, there is a spacious sofa bed in the living room. In summer there is a small beer garden. The space Our house is located directly in the center of the green district of Oberhausen - Biefang not far from the city border Duisburg. In two minutes you can reach several public transport stops, with which you are mobile in the transport association Rhein Ruhr (VRR) in all of Oberhausen and in the rest of the Ruhr area. Oberhausen Sterkrade train station is 2.5 km away. From there you can reach all Ruhr area cities, old town Düsseldorf (about 45 min), Düsseldorf Airport (about 35 min.) and other cities such as Cologne and Amsterdam without any problems. The junction of the A3 Sterkrade / Holten highway can be reached in 500 m. The Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen Schalke is about 22 km away. Depending on availability, we are happy to organize a shuttle service for events. Just around the corner is a small kiosk with breakfast options and goods for everyday needs. Not far from the house, the Emscher bike path goes along and offers access to the entire network of cycling paths of the Ruhr area up to the Lower Rhine. Guest access Access to the apartment is via a private entrance secured with a number code. Continue, via a newly renovated staircase, to the first floor. The apartment has a lockable front door.
