Other things to note ELECTRICITY We prioritize uninterrupted power supply to enhance your stay at our home. We ensure 24/7 power availability through a combination of sources, including the utility company, Eko Electricity Distribution Company (formerly known as NEPA), 2 diesel generators, and an inverter FAQ 1. Can I cancel if I change my mind? a. If you picked a nonrefundable booking, you can cancel but won’t get any refund. b. If you picked flexible cancelation, you can cancel until 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. But if you cancel after that, we will be paid for each night the guest stays, plus 1 additional night. 2. What is the cleaning fee? The cleaning fee doesn’t cover any cleaning during the stay. It covers the necessary cleaning needed to return the apartment to the way it was before check-in. 3. What is the process for extra cleaning and changing of linens? If the stay is for more than 10 days, the guest is entitled for a full cleaning and change of linens. Cleaning time is coordinated with the host based on staff availability. Any extra cleaning requested would be paid. 4. Is the apartment at Yaba? Yes, it is in the heart of Lagos mainland. 5. How many bedrooms and beds? It is a fully private studio. 1 bedroom and 1 Queen bed. 6. What time is the checkout? Can we extend the time? Check-out is at 12 pm. unfortunately, we can’t extend it because we need 2 hours to clean and sanitize before the next check-in. 7. What time is the check-in? Can we check in earlier than the specified time? Check-in is any time after 2 PM because we need 3 hours to clean and sanitize after the previous guest checks out and prior to your arrival. 8. How far is the apartment from the airport? 25 minutes without traffic.
