Please treat like your own home as this is not a hotel. Eco friendly flat electric hobs and heaters, marbled bathroom with tiled flooring. Please do not wear shoes inside the apartment. Ideal for individual adults or couples with easy access into central London within 15-30mins. Not suitable for children over 1 years due to mirrored walls and avoiding damages. No other guests permitted other than those confirmed at booking. Here's some extra details I would like followed when booking: *No shoes inside the flat, please remove on entry and leave on the doormat. *Do not touch or stain mirrored walls or mirrored wardrobe *Do not bring or host more guests than booking amount allows *Bring own towels and warm nightwear during winter *Clean up after yourself Please note the bed is a comfortable and durable air-mattress. It has been well tested already by friends etc and it is the same bed I sleep on. If you are a sharing couple please be mindful it is just an air mattress bed! Should it deflate, please pump up before you leave, being careful not to over-inflated or tear :) The sofa also transforms as bed, however unless staying over 2 weeks I recommend leaving it alone and sleeping in the bedroom. If you are staying 3+ months and want a more fixed bed, this can be arranged at an extra cost. There is an extra single airbed available on request at an extra cost. Children 0-1 will be considered, however will need strict supervision not to stain or damage anything. Children 12yrs and over also considered- please notify in advance for approval. I do not have a permanent bed in the property as I need flexibility with the space/ guests- particular for future long term rentals for who will be moving in with their own bedroom furniture and staying 6-12months.
