Unusual and independent accommodation is set in a barn. Rejuvenate in the countryside at this rustic 4 room home, equipped for a couple and 1 or 2 children (1 double bed + 1 single bed + 1 single convertible). Enjoy all the comforts to live a rural experience in Normandy. Located in Rugles 2 minutes walk from the first shops, 15 minutes by car from the train station of L’Aigle and 20 minutes from the Centre Parcs Normandie. Not suitable for young children or PRMs. The space Sleeping arrangements: One double bed in 140cm - sheets provided. A sofa bed for 1 person in 100cm - sheets are provided. A single attic bed. The bedroom upstairs is comfortable and quiet. It has a chest and dresser. The sofa bed is in the room on the low level, the second single bed is upstairs . For cooking: A fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, At your disposal: an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob, a kettle, a coffee pod machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Dishes, silverware, various amenities and cleaning kit provided. The kitchen opens onto the front door and the garden. To relax: A living room with sofa bed, TV and mini chain. For the toilet: A bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Towels provided To park: Free parking in the square right in front of the property or in the garden. For the rest: The village center with its shops is a 2-minute walk away. A supermarket with gas station is 5 minutes away by car. The L'AIGLE SNCF train station (direction Paris) is 15 minutes away. CENTER PARCS Normandie - Les Bois Francs (Verneuil sur Avre) is 20 minutes away. Other activities (Golf, Horseback riding, ...) nearby. For each rental: A welcome basket will be offered with some provisions for your first breakfast. Guest access This place isn't suitable for PRM. This self-catering home is at the back of a very flowery landscaped garden.
