Unusual and independent accommodation is arranged in a barn. Recharge your batteries in the countryside in this rustic 4-room accommodation, equipped for a couple and 1 or 2 children (1 double bed + 1 single bed + 1 single sofa bed). Enjoy all the comforts of a countryside experience in Normandy. Located in Rugles, a 2-minute walk from the first shops, a 15-minute drive from L'Aigle train station and 20 minutes from Center Parcs Normandie. Not suitable for young children or PRM. The space For sleeping: A 140 cm double bed - linen provided. A 100 cm single sofa bed - linen provided. A single bed in the attic. The upstairs bedroom is comfortable and quiet. It has a chest and a dresser. The sofa bed is in the room on the lower level, the second single bed is upstairs. For cooking: A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, At your disposal: an oven, a microwave, a vitroceramic stovetop, a kettle, a coffee machine with pods, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Dishes, cutlery, various equipment and cleaning kit provided. The kitchen overlooks the front door and the garden. To relax: A living room with sofa bed, TV and mini stereo. For the bathroom: A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Towels provided Parking: Free parking in the square right in front of the accommodation or in the garden. For the rest: The village center with its shops is a 2-minute walk away. A supermarket with gas station is a 5-minute drive away. The L'AIGLE SNCF train station (towards Paris) is 15 minutes away. CENTER PARCS Normandie - Les Bois Francs (Verneuil sur Avre) is 20 minutes away. Other activities (Golf, Horseback riding, ...) nearby. For each rental: A welcome basket will be offered with some provisions for your first breakfast. Guest access This place is not suitable for PRM. This independent accommodation is located at the end of a landscaped garden with lots of flowers.
