It has fine-grained white sand, characterized by the presence of dunes covered with vegetation that separate it from the salt pan behind it. The beautiful crystal clear sea has a shallow and sandy seabed, with iridescent colors between blue, turquoise and emerald green. The crystal clear waters are also very interesting for snorkelers. Le Saline beach is quite popular in the summer months, and in the adjacent salt pans you can also meet the wonderful flamingos at certain times of the year. It is about 2 km from the center of Calasetta and the other beaches, located to the east of the village, well signposted.
