It is equipped with essential amenities including an AC, Wi-Fi, portable music system, TV, and a CCTV system, ensuring comfort and security. DINING AREA Unit 3's ground-floor common dining area provides a relaxing space to enjoy your favourite meals, offering a perfect respite for dining and unwinding. There is an AC installed in this area and it can seat up to 20 people comfortably. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. LAWN Spanning 1500 sq ft., the sprawling lawn seamlessly integrates with the lush surroundings, enveloping the property in natural beauty and greenery. It can seat up to 5-6 people. POOL There is a common pool at the property. The pool is 20ft x 25ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 7 AM to 10 PM. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house for an additional cost. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
