Our place is 0 minutes from Lake Toya—literally right by its shores. We've got over 10,000 square feet of garden space directly connected to the lake, so you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views. Feel free to bring your furry friends along, but give us a heads up beforehand! Inside, you'll find a cozy setup with a living room, kitchen, Japanese-style room, and two Western-style bedrooms upstairs. Outside, there's a wooden deck where you can enjoy tea or have a BBQ with a view of Lake Toya. We're also just 10 minutes by car from Lake Toya Onsen Town and 30 minutes from Rusutsu Ski Resort, so there's lots to explore nearby. We have an acoustic guitar and a Bluetooth speaker for some chill vibes—just remember to keep it down after 9 PM. Come unwind and enjoy the beauty of Lake Toya at The Lobs! Other things to note House Rules As this is a Japanese-style house, kindly remove your shoes when entering the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A cleaning fee of ¥100,000 will apply if smoking is detected. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Check-in: 16:00 Check-out: 11:00 Pet Policy We welcome small dogs at our property. A fee of ¥15,000 per stay applies for each dog.
