Family vacation in the Volcanic Eifel! Outdoor pickleball courts within 5 km. We had to go abroad with the family for work. That is why we have decided to offer our house as an Airbnb. It has been newly renovated and is very cozily furnished. The garden is not 100% finished yet, but you can definitely enjoy the sun to the fullest on the cozy wooden terrace. We would be happy if it could continue to be used for vacations or breaks! The space Our family home was built in 2018 and is inhabited by us. We are currently working abroad. My brother lives right across the street and can be contacted for all matters. The property is completely fenced (1.40 m high) and has about 1300 square meters of space. A real wood terrace invites you to relax. There is a play tower on the property and a trampoline (use at your own risk) In the large bedroom there is a 1.80 m x 2 m bed. In addition, this bedroom offers a walk-in closet with a separate bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. In the two children's rooms there is a 1.40 m x 2 m bed In the lower guest room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped. There are 3 shower bathrooms. In the master bathroom there is also a freestanding bathtub. The house is accessible barrier-free. And on the lower floor there is a bathroom with a bedroom.
