Whether using buses or driving, the apartment's location makes it easy to visit the beautiful sandy beaches of the North, as well as the islands Gozo & Comino, while still being only a direct bus away from the capital city Valletta. If arriving by bus, the bus stop is conveniently located just outside the building. Take the lift or the stairs to the 2nd floor and welcome to our stylish 3 bedroom apartment. A bright and spacious kitchen-living-dining area welcomes you as soon as you step in, leading to the sea-view balcony where you can relax and soak in the Mediterranean sea views. Past the cosy TV area, a corridor leads to a main bathroom and 3 double bedrooms designed to maximise your comfort. Unwind and get tranquil sleep in our comfortable bedding. One of the bedrooms also includes an ensuite bathroom. Additional amenities include free high- speed WiFi and ethernet connection, air conditioning, laundry facilities and an android smart TV. Guest access Guests will get the entire apartment, including the kitchen - living - dining area, the 3 bedrooms and the bathrooms. No other guests will be sharing the same apartment Other things to note The Environmental contribution (eco tax) of €0.50 per person per night is not included in the daily rate, and will be collected during the stay. Waste Separation in Malta is mandatory. If taking out any garbage, please follow the waste collection schedule provided. Tap water in the kitchen is safe and suitable for drinking. If renting a car, parking is usually available in the streets nearby, particularly the street behind the building. If using buses, be informed that a bus stop is located a few steps down the road, and another bus stop is located across the street for buses going in opposite direction. All windows and balcony doors are conveniently equipped with an insect screen to keep mosquitoes and other insects out. Proper use of insect screens will ensure a more comfortable pest-free stay. A convenience store is located a short walk down the street. Thorough cleaning, along with fresh towels and bedding, is provided in preparation of your stay. Should you require an additional clean-up, kindly be informed that a fee of €70 will apply. In the unfortunate event of missing keys, we can make arrangements to deliver spare keys at a cost of €30 during day time, or €60 at night time.
