A lovingly equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee beans included) as well as all the utensils you need for cooking. 2 bedrooms with box spring beds (180 × 200 and 160 × 200 Joop bedding included), each equipped with a smart TV. In one bedroom there is an infrared deep heat cabin for 2 people, which provides relaxation and sweating. One bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The large bathroom with underfloor heating and barrier-free XXL shower then invites you to cool off. (Hand towels and bath towels are provided free of charge) Hallway and guest toilet. Windows and patio doors have electric blinds. On the roof terrace there is a hot tub for 3 people (2 loungers / 1 seat) which is also heated and usable in winter.
