The Place To Be.... A beautifully renovated home which is perfect for a couple, but large enough to accommodate two small families. Maximum 6 Adults The space Upon entering, you will instantly feel relaxed in the spacious open plan living/kitchen area. Furnished beautifully with a large dining table, leather couch, smart TV and for the cooler months a fireplace. On those nice days the front deck offers an additional lounge and dining space. This lovely 3 bedroom home has 2 bathrooms (1 is an ensuite) Bedroom 1 - A spacious bedroom with a King Bed with Ensuite Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - 2 x single bunk beds This is a pet friendly property. There is no yard. The front deck is secured. *Please note, wood for the fireplace will be provided during April - mid October. BYO firewood for any stays outside these months. Other things to note Pre Arrival Pet Agreement - All dog droppings must be removed from the premises prior to departure - Your pet is welcome to stay inside the house, however all traces of your pet must be removed from inside and outside the property prior to departure - The owner of the dog is liable for any damage caused on the premises or resulting loss suffered by the property owner - It is the occupiers' responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the deck of the premises - A barking or aggressive dog will not be tolerated under any circumstances and may result in the termination of your booking - If there is fount to be any infringement relating to any of the above, Lorne Holiday Stays has the right to request immediate vacation of the premises without refund
