Small dog allowed, not on lounges or beds please The space • 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the main one with a bath. • Main bedroom: A king size bed with ensuite and its own TV. • Bedroom 2: 2 x king singles that can be joined to form a super king bed. • Bedroom 3: A single bed with a trundle that can be used separately as 2 beds or joined to convert to a double bed. • Bedroom 4: A single bed with a trundle that can be used separately as 2 beds or joined to convert to a double bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully functional with a large fridge, coffee machine, oven, electric cooktop, microwave and dishwasher, and a breakfast bar that opens to a large living area with large smart TV and access to Netflix, Stan, Prime and many other apps/services, or connect your phone to play your favourite music. The outside deck includes a gas BBQ, entertaining area and is completely fenced. There is also a large laundry with washing machine and dryer. Guest access You have the entire house (apart from the garage storeroom and internal linen cupboard) Other things to note Please note this property has a strict no parties, schoolies, functions or events policy. It is also located in a residential area so please respect our neighbours and their peace and quiet. A large fenced backyard allows for only a small dog but not on lounges or beds inside. A professional cleaner is used to clean the house to ensure the home is spotless for you and this includes fresh linen and towels.
