We are 500 meters (4 blocks) from the beach, which means you can reach the beach shore in just a 3-minute walk. In addition, we are conveniently located on the street of the Crafts and Sweets Fair in the Ocian neighborhood, a few steps from shops, a bike path, the Neptune Statue, Fish Market, Skate Park, Surf School, Amusement Park, Ocian Kids Space, Waterfront Kiosks, Extra Supermarket, bars and restaurants. Our location is so convenient that you won't need a car at all. Everything you need will be within your reach. Enjoy and come discover all that our surroundings have to offer! Other things to note Early check-in or extended daily rate is subject to additional fee. INFORMATION ABOUT CONTRACTING THE LINEN KIT: We would like to remind you that our rate does not include the Linen Kit. However, we offer this service as an additional option for the convenience of our guests. It is important to note that the guest can bring their own bed and bath linens, if they wish. Payment for contracting the Linen Kit can be made in cash, bank transfer or through the Airbnb platform in the additional services collection section. If you have forgotten or have not contracted it before check-in, you can contract it through the messaging channel provided by the owner on site. Please note that pillows are provided regardless of whether the Linen Kit is contracted.
