(500php FINE / no exceptions) ‼ Kindly turn-off or unplug appliances that are not in use when leaving the unit, or upon check-out. ‼ Any damages, stains, vandalism, broken or missing items, but not limited to those will be charged and deducted from the Security Deposit upon check-out (Depending on the item’s inventory. If ever any item that is damage is greater than the said Security Deposit, guest will be asked to pay the amount required before giving clearance to the reception desk for check-out. Cancellation ✔Full refund for cancellations made within 48hrs of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. ✔50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. ✔No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Security Deposit ✔A security deposit of 1,000php is REQUIRED and will be settled upon check-in as well as the remaining balance. NOTE: This is REFUNDABLE upon check-out.
