Wheter you're visiting Italy, visiting friends or PCSing, enjoy one of the most spectacular apartments in town! 24/7 Access - It is located a few steps from the Old Town and the Train & Bus Station (you can be in front of the Grand Canal in Venice in about an hour!), and it's super easy to reach Aviano or the Highway. Literally downstairs there are a Bar, the Pharmacy and various Restaurants and Pizzerias. Last but not least, ultra-wide windows and a 55" TV Screen, Netflix included. The space The apartment is ideal to host up to 4 People and it is located in a very quiet Condo Builiding in the city centre of Pordenone. The accomodation consists of: • Super Bright Hallway with a big cabinet and an English-language infopoint; • Panoramic Living Room, with a 4-people dining table, double sofa bed, 55" Smart TV (Netflix included); • Modern and Fully Equipped Kitchen (oven, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), cutlery and cafe area with Nespresso machine and boiler; • Computer Station; • Balcony with outdoor Table and Chairs; • Bedroom equipped with Double Bed with spotless and fragrant linen, choice of pillows and blankets, big cabinet to store your clothes and stuff and electrical sockets on both sides of the bed; • Another Balcony accessible from the bedroom, with a washing machine and detergents for our guests; • Generous Bathroom with vanity/sink, XXL shower with rainhead, suspended sanitary ware, 3 pieces towel set per person, vanity set, powerful hairdryer and toilet paper; WiFi Connection and Netflix account are included as well as the A/C system. At the ground floor, right next to the building door you can find a Bar for breakfast, apertif or quick lunch, the Pharmacy and the Herbalist Shop. Newsstand-Tobacco Shop, Printing house, Electronic store, ATM and various Restaurants and Pizzerias within walking distance (less than 1 minute). The area is fully served by Delivery Apps with a huge choice of restaurants (you can find all the instructions at the infopoint inside the apartment). In a few minutes walk you can also find an Automatic Grocery Store, open till 9 P.M. The building has unassigned free parking lots. If at your arrival you can't find any, you can easily park your car in the nearby pay parking (0,80 €/hr, free at night and on Sunday) or in another walking distance building named "Park Oberdan" with covered and monitored parking spaces (0,40 €/hr, free on Sunday), accessible 24/7. Guest access You will enjoy a whole apartment at the 4th floor with a modern elevator, so you won't have to carry your suitcases up and down the staircase. You can park your car with ease below the house in the free parking spots (if available) or in the nearby pay parking (less than 1 minute walk). Thanks to our Self Check-In System you can arrive anytime (after 3 P.M.) and get into the apartment in complete autonomy, opening all the doors directly via phone (you won't need to install any App).
