It's safe, cozy, modern, well located, and very comfortable. The space My apartment is very well located, it's on a main street in one of the best neighborhoods in Quito. Surrounding you are restaurants, cafes, movie theatres, parks, malls, bus stops to anywhere in Quito, taxis and scenic views! You can also always ask our host for help and any questions regarding tourism. If you plan on making your stay longer than a month, please message me privately. Guest access My guests have access to everything in the house; mi casa es su casa! You'll have access to my wifi, television with cable, and our laundry (in house). The only thing restricted here is use of the kitchen. You can use the microwave and oven to heat up food, but please, no cooking! Other things to note Please keep in mind Quito is a city full of happy people who enjoy celebrating life and so at times, it could be a bit noisy especially during national holiday's, soccer games, or other events! The parties of the capital of Ecuador that is Quito are held all of December, in this month the foundation of Quito and the Christmas and New Year holidays are celebrated. Maybe you can find a lot of bulla in the city, but it's for that reason. If maybe not many people in the city in other months it is perhaps because they are with free days for some holiday as well as, for example, Holy Week, people go a lot to the beaches that is a few hours away from the capital.
