The sunny apartment is designed for up to 6 people, ideally 4 adults and 2 children. It has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a luxurious bathroom, a terrace and a direct entrance to the garden. It is therefore suitable for parents with children and possibly grandparents, a large family or a group of friends. There is a TV in each of the bedrooms, and WiFi is also available. In the garden of the Sunny Apartment there is a private fireplace with a grill, seating and a private children's playground. You can take the dog with you. The space One of the bedrooms has a double bed (2 people), the other has a double bed and a bunk bed (4 people). There's a TV in every bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Coffee machine, kettle, fridge, oven, induction hob, toaster... Of course, all the dishes for cooking and serving. Guest access On the ground floor of the villa there is a wellness facility (sauna, hot tub) and a common room where you can also buy some drinks and snacks. The owner of the apartment has nothing to do with these premises, you can deal directly with the manager of the villa (wellness can be ordered on the website of Vila republika). Other things to note Guests can bring a maximum of two dogs. The price for a dog for the entire stay is 400 CZK. Before arrival, the guest will receive an access code that will allow them to enter the villa and apartment.
