Below are some rules that guest must follow after checking in to the property *PLEASE NOTE SMOKING AND LOUD MUSIC STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED* 1). Extra Guest and Visitor's Entry Policy- Total no. of guests and Visitors need be to informed to COO/ Property Manager at least 1 day before check-in time (3:00 PM). Entry for every additional guest or Visitors (over booked no. of guest) is chargeable @560/- per head. Post this, any uninformed extra guest or visitor will not be allowed to check-in. 2). Check-in time is between 3pm to 8pm after 8:30 Pm check-in is not allowed And Check-out time: - before 12:30 PM Early check in and Late check-out as per the availability and charges- 360/- per Hrs. 3). Please keep the clean property and laundry. 4). Loud Music and hooting strictly not allowed in property. 5). Smoking in Balcony only & please throw your buds out it should not be in the balcony 6). Kindly respect if any of our executive will come for loud music, hooting and anything. If any miss behaves with staff check out the property same time. 7). Govt. Address Proof (Aadhar Card/ Driving License/ Passport) along with Mobile no. of each guest to be registered at the time of check-in. Without ID card check-in will not be allowed in the property. Please drop all host and guest ID proofs before check-in. Only those guests are allowed to check-in who’s ID proof are provided in this group. Guest below 18 years’ will not be allowed to check-in. 8). Outside music system not allowed. 9). The property is on the 3rd Floor , so the guest has the full access to 3rd Floor. 2). In 3rd Floor there is our storage duct in which guest entry is not allowed at all ! 3). Guest has no access to 1st floor , 2nd Floor & Ground Floor (except lobby area) as well as in the Terrace (first photo depicts terrace) 5). Guest can’t use washing machine situated on the terrace (paid laundry service is available) 6). Terrace access is chargeable !
