Rented for 1 to 6 people, it offers 3 modular bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, 2 toilets, a bright cathedral living room and an equipped kitchen. Close to Guédelon, Saint-Fargeau, Saint-Amand and Saint-Sauveur (Maison Colette). Calm, elegance, and authenticity! We live in the village and are available to assist you if needed. The space 🏠 The house is available for rent year-round. It has a high-performance 8 Wi-Fi fiber connection, ideal for teleworking. Each room is equipped with a desk (the one on the ground floor is smaller). The WiFi is excellent, except in one of the 2 bedrooms upstairs because of the width of the walls. All furniture and equipment are brand new and of high quality. Modern bathrooms offer the comforts of walk-in showers. 🧂 For your convenience, you'll find salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and coffee filters on site. The price varies depending on the number of occupants of the cottage: - 6 people: you have the whole house. - 4 people: one bedroom will remain closed. - 2 people: two bedrooms and one bathroom will not be accessible. In any case, the house is reserved exclusively for you: no other guests will be accommodated during your stay. 🚭 The house is non-smoking. 🐾 No pets allowed. 👶 As a safety precaution, children under 10 years old cannot be accommodated. Other things to note The house is very quiet, sleeps very well. The village is peaceful and parties are not allowed. The house is rentable all year round and well heated.
