Welcome to soulscape, welcome to the fourth largest city in Saxony, Zwickau. Situated in the immediate vicinity of the Erzgebirge, with its rich culture, the Sachsenring and the largest brick bridge in the world, the Göltzschtalbrücke, our accommodation offers numerous amenities. For example, a parking space in the immediate vicinity, online TV, free WLAN and a flat-screen TV. The space Just like the street name, the apartment is like a poet. Bright, large rooms, freshly renovated, with stucco on the ceilings. Generously proportioned and plenty of space for up to 6 people. Upon entering, you are greeted and impressed by the large hallway, practical for storing or hanging up all your things. From here, you can explore the living and dining areas. In the living room, for example, a large, cozy couch invites you to relax, which can be converted into another bed if required. The first bedroom is located next door behind a wonderful double sliding door. Tastefully furnished and with plenty of space for wonderful dreams. The room also offers a possible workplace with a small table that can be converted into a desk. The large dining table in the living room, on the other hand, is ideal for communal meals or game nights with the board games that are also available. A fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, as does our bathroom and separate shower. Hairdryer, towels, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo are also provided. In addition to a high chair for children, the apartment has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, stove and oven in the kitchen area. Of course, there is also plenty of crockery, cutlery and high-quality cooking utensils. A delicious espresso coffee or a cup of tea in the morning are of course part of the amenities in our apartment. In the evening, entertainment is of course provided with a 43-inch (1.09 m) smart TV, high-speed WiFi and free 1and1 TV. If you then open the large, old wooden door in the hallway on the left, you can look forward to a second, modern and stylishly furnished sleeping area with another 180x200 king-size bed in it. Of course, there are also connection points for your cell phone right by the bed. The rooms all have a closet and storage space. A special feature is our small and fine reading corner, which impresses with its view and coziness. We wish you a pleasant stay. Guest access Access to the apartment is via the main entrance (door always open). In the entrance area, next to the letterboxes, there is a small key safe. You will receive the code to obtain the key in a separate e-mail. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Feel at home!
