Only 45 minutes to Kolmården. The space Studio Town no. 52 is a well-planned, bright and spacious studio apartment of 57 square meters. Living room Cozy living room with sofa bed, armchair, desk, TV and exit to the balcony. Here you can enjoy a large 43 inch smart 4K TV with Netflix and Prime, as well as 14 other basic channels such as swt, tv3, tv4, kanal5, etc. The sofa bed in the living room can easily be pulled out to a double bed. Next to the sofa there are also USB connectors to easily charge the mobile phone and also regular connectors for the computer. In the corner of the living room there is a lovely reading armchair with a reading lamp. The bed armchair can be folded out into a single bed. If you need to work, there is a desk and really good internet connection. The living room then leads out to the balcony with balcony furniture that faces a quiet courtyard. When you arrive, we have made the beds for you. In the mini shop in the freezer there are ready meals such as pizza, Thai boxes, fish gratin and other goodies to buy. In the fridge there is Cola Zero, Fanta and festis for the children. If you order the guesthouse's breakfast, it will be ready in the fridge when you arrive. Warm welcome. Two minutes' walk from the Studio. - Enjoy all the art in Katrineholm. Katrineholm invests heavily in new art every year. Make your own art walk with the map in the studio. - Go to the small cheese shop in the main square and buy local delicacies and enjoy in the studio or in the city park. - Have a coffee or manor lunch by the water at Djulö manor. Bring the dog and take a swim at the nice beach. 5 minutes by car to Djulö. - Visit Kolmården, which is only 45 minutes away - Visit Julita farm and garden. Here is the Pettson and Findus farm for the little ones. Dine luxuriously at Julita Wärdshus. 15 minutes by car. - The fairy trail.
