Water front home. Three hundred foot pier with green lights, water, boat dock and electricity. Guest can be picked up by fishing guides at the pier. Large circular driveway with plenty room for boats/trailers. The Bungalow is a great place to stay for fishing, bird watching, kayaking, relaxing and having fun, enjoying fabulous sunrises and gulf breezes. The space Our home is three bedrooms, three full baths, sofa bed and a large fully equipped kitchen with a connecting dining room that seats six and faces the bay. BBQ pit and picnic table in the front yard overlooking the bay. WiFi and You Tube TV is provided in the living room and two bedrooms. A large screened in patio with chairs and a couch for taking naps overlooks the bay. Although this area is called Loyola Beach it is not a beach such as in the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Linens, towels, pillows, hair dryer, bathing essentials, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer are provided. King’s Inn (previously featured in Texas Monthly) and Baffin Bay Seafood Company is within minutes drive. The famous King Ranch is a 30 minute drive and offers guided tours. The city of Kingsville has a fabulous museum and old town to explore. Host committed to Airbnb's 5 Step Cleaning process. Guest access Guest have their own home and yard. Owners live in separate home on the property. WiFi password provided at check-in. Self check-in with lock box and the key code is provided a few days prior to arrival. Pricing is based on two guest and any additional overnight guest are $50.00 per person per night.Airbnb will calculate the correct fees when the number of guest are entered. Smoking is only permitted outside on the porch or in the yard. No pets, except service dogs. No inflatable pools. Day guest will be charged $25.00 per day. The fire place is NOT to be used due to fire hazard. Items you may want to bring: groceries, seasonings, water, mosquito spray, sun screen, beach towels, adult beverages, fishing gear and binoculars.
