Rules - Cleaning service can be provided with a one day notice (including changing bed sheets and towels) for an additional charge of 800 baht per time. - Extra towels are available for 200 baht per piece. - Please note that amenities in the room are provided on a one time basis. We do not have a amenities replenishing service. - Please don’t wear your shoes inside the room. - Absolutely no parties, otherwise a fine will be charged from the deposit. - Smoking is not allowed in the room. A trigger in the smoke alarm will lead to a serious fine and possible repatriation. Please smoke at the designated smoking area. - Please note, we are not a hotel. We do not have any receptionists or staffs at the condo and any personnel of the condo is not a member of ours. - Please maintain the cleanliness of the room. The room has been thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. - Please make sure the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests stated in the reservation. Violation of the rule will result in a fine deducted from the deposit. - Please be aware of and obey any other rules and regulations of the condo or property stated throughout the premise. - Please keep noises and disturbances to a minimum. This is a residential area. Please be considerate of our neighbors. - Please switch off all electrical appliances, lights, fan, air conditioner, before leaving the room. - Make sure to close the door properly every time when leaving, for your own safety - Please do not throw any trash into the toilet. - No Durian or smelly food - Please prepare identification and or passport or send photo of identification and or passport. - No Pets - Only our guests are allowed to use the accommodation facilities at the residence - Easily flammable and explosive substances and materials, as well as objects with unpleasant odor, are not allowed. - Please do not cook the meal with lot of smoke or steam. There is a smoke detector in the room and fire alarm will start automatically after getting smoke or steam. - Due to sanitation rules, please remove food trash everyday to avoid insects and flies. --- Throw away any garbage at the designated spot as instructed. - Please do not disturb other residents by loud noises in the room, hallways and public areas especially from 21:00 PM to 08:00 AM
