Apartment is relatively open, comparatively like a studio, built. There are 2 beds, a king-size bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200) with bedside tables and bedside lamps. The mattresses and beds were added in November 2024. A large Samsung Smart 55 inch TV offers you great comfort and below is a cozy sitting and dining area. The kitchenette, consists of sink, hot plate, coffee capsule machine, fridge and sufficient equipment to cook and enjoy. The bathroom, which was newly renovated in April 2024, offers you a spacious modern shower, sink with illuminated mirror and toilet, as well as towel heating. You can park for free in front of the house in the in-house parking spaces or with very long vehicles in the street for free. Laundry is possible for a fee for long-term stays on request.
