Driftwood Lodge is an iconic beach-house often called a 'bach'. This property is great for families. Beach access is across the road where white-sands stretch for miles along the magnificent Bay of Plenty coast. This is a 2 story haven - a quirky, functional retreat that lets you unwind in spaces designed for quiet moments or lively BBQ's. Decks on the upper and lower levels provide relaxing areas with al fresco settings and sea-views. Let Driftwood Lodge be your vacation paradise. The space Spanning two levels, this versatile property boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, two inviting living areas, and a modern kitchen/dining room. Enjoy sea-views from the upstairs deck, creating a spacious and relaxing ambience in the bedrooms. There is a large family bathroom downstairs plus a separate, modern downstairs shower within the laundry. Upstairs has an easily accessible vanity and toilet connecting both bedrooms. This property has off- street parking for 2 vehicles, also offers generous on street parking which has street lighting opposite the driveway with a pedestrian island. A separate TV/Rumpus room (SKY Sports & Netflix) offers tranquility after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower is an excellent option for rinsing off after a day in the sand and salt following a swim in the magnificent Papamoa surf. There is a secure gated and grassed area for small pets. For pet owners, Taylor Road Reserve, 5 minutes or less walk provides a popular ‘beside the beach’ dog walking domain. The vibrant atmosphere of Papamoa Beach, with its diverse range of shops, cafes, and attractions is easily accessible, as well as Tauranga, Mount Maunganui and plenty more. The lock-box is positioned on the timber wall that runs to the left of the BBQ. House access is via the front ranch sliding doors or the back door at the top of the driveway. Please note that there is a driveway no-park area clearly marked. Please observe this restriction as the common turning area services both a front house and Driftwood Lodge. Guests are invited to read the 'welcome notes' that will be easily located in the folder on the kitchen bench. These notes will make the arrival and settling-in phase a breeze!
