Entire place cover with : - Fully Air Condition - 42" Sharp smart TV - WiFi 30 mbps - Hair Dryer - Electric Water Kettle - Fridge - Washing machine - Dinning table - Bathroom with hair & body shampoo, hand soap, water heater and bath towels. - Kitchen utensils for light cooking, cups, fork, spoon, children utensils etc. - 24 hours security guards for your safety *** Early check in & Late check out subject to availability with charges RM30/hours. Please inform in advance to check the availability with us Guest access You will have your own key card to access the unit level in the elevator and to the unit. .Guests are welcome to enjoy the facilities at level 7 & 8 including swimming pools, Gym , Steam Room etc. But do remember to bring the access card along when you would like to walk around in the apartment. **You will need the access key card to any place in the apartment. Level 7 facilities : children playground, games room with table tennis and some table games, reading room Level 8 facilities : Swimming pool, steam room, Gym room, shower rooms, Barbecue area Guests can easily access to Paradigm Mall simply by taking residents lift to level UG, 1, 2, 3 and 4 This building is new, some facilities may not ready for guest use. Other things to note We are short stay management team, difference from the hotel. Self check in instruction will send to you on check in date ( if you had complete the 2 step) Step 1- Security deposit of RM200 is required before check in instruction send to you Step 2- Guest detail is required for registration with the building management (a copy of Driving license / passport / NRIC is required send through whatapps group chat) * Security deposit will be refund via bank transfer after check out within 24hours . - Strictly No smoking, No parties in the unit - Early check in & Late check out subject to availability with charges RM30/hours. Please inform in advance to check the availability with us - RM200 per card will be forfeited as penalty if it's lost or damaged for the access card - RM300 per card will be imposed if any damage or loss of the carpark acrylic tag - RM500 will be imposed if smoking in the unit or parties in the unit.
