The space This 3500 sq foot traditional house has 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 1 recreation room, 4 bathrooms (3 attached bathrooms & 1 common bathroom) and one additional bathroom outside the house. An extra camp cot is also provided basis ask. If number of guests are more than 6, extra mattress is provided to accommodate (no cot). The house has sufficient mosquito proofing in place, to make your stay comfortable. Veena has a spacious hall & dining room, and a big balcony & terrace on the 1st floor as well as a backyard. You can expect plenty of natural light. The parking space can comfortably accommodate up to 5 cars. This house is located in a quiet, residential area, just a 2 minute walk from the bustling Main road. Security Camera is installed at the gate and solar lights are set up at the front porch. Please note that this house is a refurbished 1980’s home and some elements are original such as the woodwork, floors, vents and windows. We have put in our best efforts to maintain it to a clean & comfortable Airbnb facility for our guests. Guest access You will be the only ones staying at the property. Our guests can access the entire house & all the facilities in the surrounding compound. This includes - - A Recreation room with board games and a mini library - Main hall with TV - Kitchen and work area - A fully fenced Garden and backyard - The terrace and back Balcony with a washing machine and drying area - Accommodation and bathroom for your help - Lot of space for kids to play - Drinking water is provided (From Aquaguard water purifier) - Free Parking for 4-5 cars - You will have privacy, because although the house is located in a prime locality, it is in a quiet nook - We like Pets but please limit your furry friends to outside the house and on the front porch / verandah only (not inside). Hot water is available in the bathroom in the master bedroom downstairs, in the bedroom upstairs and in the common bathroom. Being a vintage home, please note that there are limitations on the plumbing upgrades which can be done. Other things to note No Smoking inside the Villa. There is a balcony available to smoke outdoors. Cigarette ashes have a mysterious ability to teleport everywhere, so please contain them in the provided ashtray! Proper waste disposal is important to us, so please make sure to segregate, not aggravate :) Just follow the instructions shared at the property. We love the passion to cook, but please leave the kitchen looking more like ‘Masterchef’ and not like ‘Atomic bomb site’! For long duration stays, we provide cleaning services on demand at additional charges basis availability of house help. And finally, please leave the house as you found it and treat it as your own :) Please note, this house was originally built in the 80s and we have maintained it to the best level of cleanliness, while keeping it equipped to meet the needs of a modern home.
