The space PROPERTY DETAILS This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is perfectly located directly across the road from the Maroochy River. The apartment is newly furnished and offers multiple living and relaxation spaces, creating a peaceful environment ideal for your holiday or visit. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – King Bed Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed Bedroom 3 – 2 Long Single Beds There are two bathrooms, both featuring a shower and vanity. The ensuite includes its own toilet, while a separate toilet is located in the hallway near the main bathroom. AIR CONDITIONING The property is fully air-conditioned throughout, with separate units in each bedroom, controlled via wall-mounted remotes. The main living area also features its own air conditioning unit for added comfort. KITCHEN & DINING The modern kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and all the crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, trays, and other cooking essentials you may need. There are both indoor and outdoor dining areas, each seating six. Alternatively, you can enjoy your meal on the high table on the patio while overlooking the beautiful river. LIVING ROOM The living room offers comfortable seating for four people, along with two additional chairs and extra seating from the indoor dining area. A 65-inch smart TV is available for your entertainment, allowing you to enjoy your favourite apps. The apartment also offers high-speed NBN unlimited internet, as well as a dedicated workspace should you need to catch up on any important tasks during your stay. LAUNDRY A washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience, with a clothesline available in the side courtyard. To keep cleaning costs to a minimum, we provide a ""starter pack"" for your stay, including tea, coffee, milk, 3-in-1 body and hair wash, and two rolls of toilet paper (per toilet). Guests will need to purchase additional supplies after the initial provisions. Please note, we do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, paper towels, or similar items. All linen is provided through a Premium Linen Service, and we also supply beach towels for your use.
