You will find a Wi-Fi connection, central air conditioning and finally, in addition to the balconies overlooking the street, a private internal patio where you can enjoy the summer sun in total privacy. The space The apartment consists of a large living room with quality and design furniture, such as a spacious wooden table and two cozy and comfortable armchairs. There is also a 40" flat-screen TV equipped with Amazon Fire Stick for the use of content (accounts not included). Near the living room, there is a high-quality kitchen, complete with pots and pans and everything you need to cook, including an oven, refrigerator, Lavazza coffee machine, and kettle. The floor is also equipped with an elegant bathroom with toilets, sink and shower. Continue towards an exclusive internal patio with an outdoor table and chairs and an umbrella, to enjoy lunches and dinners on sunny summer days or simply relax in the sun in a private atmosphere sheltered from the chaos of the city. Continuing along the wooden staircase, we access the upper floor where we find the sleeping area consisting of an elegant double bedroom with access to a small outdoor terrace, a double with two single beds always with access to a small outdoor terrace and finally a full bathroom available to both rooms. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is located right on Corso di Civitanova. Access will be independent, and the information to enter will be provided by the host of the property before your arrival. Paid parking is available in front of the apartment (according to time slots as shown on the signs) or free parking is available on the parallel streets. Other things to note We love animals and are happy to welcome them into the house 🐶🐱 To ensure that the apartment is always impeccable even for those arriving later (especially allergic or very sensitive guests), after a stay with animals we carry out a more thorough cleaning.
