New cottage with garden, forest and pond

It is in the heart of France in the beautiful city of ARGENTON-SUR-CREUSE, nicknamed the Venice of Berry, ideally located 4 km from the city center and 2 km from exit 18 of the A20, that we invite you to discover this beautiful brand new house located on a 5HA park where you will have the privilege of enjoying a beautiful walk on the plain then through a small forest to finish around the pond where you can picnic or simply relax. The space The accommodation is composed on the ground floor of a large room with an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living area including a sofa bed (heated style with a mattress provided in addition to add on top if needed more comfort) and a TV. Upstairs you will find a first mezzanine bedroom on the living room, a second landing bedroom and a shower room with vanity and toilet. The whole place is very functional and new. Outside you can enjoy a wooden terrace with a table, a barbecue for sunny days, and a seating area to relax on sunbeds in the grass. You can also enjoy beautiful walks on the property with manicured paths, forest and pond. A beautiful open plan cabin with relaxing chairs are available by the pond. A sheltered outdoor hot tub for 4 people will be created in October 2025 and will be available from November 2025. Guest access Access by car via the A20 motorway exit 18, or by train via Argenton-sur-Creuse station. Private indoor parking lot across from the entrance to your vacation rental that can accommodate several vehicles. The property is closed by a secure gate for which you will have the remote control. Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided. A baby cot, high chair and ironing board can be made available on request. You can contact us if you have any other needs. We live next door and can help you according to your needs. During your stay, you have the option to make an appointment for a massage or a Reiki session at an additional cost. These bookings are to be requested before your arrival, by message. There are lakes with beaches around the cottage. The closest is a 5-minute drive = Chenet beach in Argenton-sur-Creuse = 3 La Croix Ceaulmont. Moncocu beach in Baraize is 15 minutes away. The very large Lake Eguzon with beaches (Chambon and Fougères) and inflatable play areas on the water as well as an outdoor swimming pool and boat rides, towed buoys etc. 20 minutes away.
