Located in the rural area of Botelhos-MG, we are 40 minutes from the famous hot springs of Poços de Caldas and 200 km from Campinas-SP. Enjoy a haven of peace in more than 10,000 m² of isolated area, with no visible neighbors. The farm is quiet, surrounded by leisure, lots of nature and total privacy. The space 🛌 INDOOR AREA • 8 Bedrooms, 7 of which are en-suites (6 with hot and cold air conditioning) with bed and bath linens included and electric showers; • Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses and glass cups, cutlery, microwave, stove and oven; • High-speed Starlink satellite internet. 🏊 OUTDOOR AREA • Swimming pool with whirlpool, sauna, organic design, slide, tables with parasol and sun loungers; • Area with barbecue, gas and wood oven, freezer, table for 20+ people and bathroom; • Soccer field, trampoline, pool, foosball; • 4 fishing ponds with a navigation boat for up to 4 people; • Organic orchard and vegetable garden.

Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the site. Other things to note • We are in the countryside. The final stretch is 7 km of dirt road in good condition, but subject to change due to rain/mud, something beyond our control. • Power supply is subject to unpredictable interruptions due to natural incidents. The responsibility for the supply lies with the local distributor (CEMIG) and the site is not responsible for service failures. • Our focus is on family events and quiet get-togethers among friends. We do not rent for parties that involve property risk.
